The terms that govern your use of deckster.live and any brief you send us through it.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of deckster.live (the “Site”), operated by Deckster (“Deckster”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the Site or submitting a brief through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Deckster is a creator marketing partner — we match brands with the right creators and run campaigns across formats like UGC, IGC, paid ads, whitelisting and podcast amplification, end to end. The Site is our shop window: it describes what we do, showcases past work, and lets brands get in touch to start a conversation. It isn’t itself a self-serve platform for booking or paying for campaigns.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You won’t:
The Site’s design, layout, copy, graphics, and the “Deckster” name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Brand names, logos, campaign metrics and creator reels shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are featured for portfolio and illustrative purposes, generally with the relevant brand or creator’s knowledge. Reels link out to the creator’s original post on Instagram or another platform — playback and availability of that content is controlled by the platform it lives on, not by us. Figures shown reflect results from a specific past campaign and aren’t a guarantee of results for any future campaign.
Submitting a brief or enquiry through the Site starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a contract, reserve a budget, or obligate either side to proceed. If we move forward together, the actual scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for a campaign will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work, which will govern over these Terms for anything it covers.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any campaign results described on it are typical or repeatable for every brand or category.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deckster won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be excluded under applicable law.
The Site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site you reach through these links.
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, and may revise these Terms from time to time, at our discretion. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
